Why can't I log in to my account?

Sometimes members are unable to log in because their browser needs to be reset.

The problem may be with your browser – it just needs to be reset. Here’s how to do that:

Chrome, Firefox, Edge/Internet Explorer browsers:

  1. Hold down the Ctrl + Shift + Delete keys at the same time on your keyboard. 

    Note: If you're using a Chromebook, you'll need to press Ctrl + Shift + Alt + Backspace

    You’ll see this screen below or one similar to it:

Clear browsing data 
Basic 
Time range Last hour 
growsing history 
Advanced 
Clears history and autocompletions in the address bar 
Cookies and other site data 
Signs you out of most sites. 
Cached images and files 
Frees up less than 290 MB. Some sites may load more slowly on your next 
visit 
Cancel 
Clear data

2. Check (A) Cached images and files and then click (B).

Using Safari on an iPhone or iPad:

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Click Safari
  3. Tap Clear History and Website Data

    Using Safari on a Mac:

    1. Click on History [1] and then in that menu, click on Clear History [2]:

    3. Click on the up/down arrows to see all the options of how much you want to go. Click All History:

      With that selected, click Clear History:
