Yes, you are limited to a total of 20 Life Support-related CEs per certification cycle.
You can submit Life Support programs for Class B credit here or submit for Class A credit on the Continuing Education Portal—after logging in with your User ID and password, select [1] Non-Prior Approval Application Forms and then [2] Individual to begin the application process. 
Note: There is a $50.00 processing fee per application. If there are multiple programs, you will need to fill out an application for each program.
